Troubleshooting a Computer that can't Update or Reset

If your computer is not able to install updates and when you try to reset it,

it simply doesn’t comply and it starts misbehaving

and acting totally strange…and really out of character.

Then, your computer might not be fully compatible with Windows 11.

If you have tried everything and your computer has been stuck for days,

then the last resort is to reverse your computer to Windows 10.

Go directly to the website for Microsoft

and on the search bar, type: “Download windows 10.”

You will have the option to update Windows 10

or to Download Windows 10.

Ensure that you choose the one that is to Download Windows 10.

Allow the website to download and install Windows 10 on your computer, and your computer should be back to normal.
